UMF™ is an independent quality-assurance programme administered by the Unique Mānuka Factor Honey Association. It evaluates MGO, leptosperin, DHA and HMF. MGO alone is not a UMF™ rating. MPI's export definition uses a separate five-attribute test. The UMF™ mark is not a government endorsement or treatment claim.
